Tinnitus is a commonly known as a "ringing, buzzing or whistling sound" in one's ears that is only perceived by the person experiencing it. Whilst the causes of tinnitus are varied and hard to pin down in certain cases, it can lead to significant distress and inability to focus on daily tasks to the person experiencing it.
There are a number of ways to manage your tinnitus, ranging from hearing devices, sound therapy and psychological therapy. At Filtered Clear Hub, we offer you a comprehensive tinnitus management plan based on your individual circumstances. We use a Cognitive Behavioural Approach to tinnitus management providing you with strategies and tools to manage your tinnitus over each sessions. This service is available in person and virtually (by appointment only) based on your preference.
